FRONTLINE

This is a product used to kill and prevent infestation with both fleas and ticks. The chemical name of the product is Fipronil. This is used safely in both dogs and cats, and is sold by weight of the animal. This product kills fleas and ticks by interfering with their nervous system.

CAPSTAR FOR DOGS & CATS

Capstar is a tablet used to kill fleas on dogs and cats, which begins working within 30 minutes. Capstar will kill more than 90% of adult fleas within 4 hours on dogs and 6 hours on cats, and pets may temporarily scratch as a result of the fleas dying.

COMFORTIS

COMFORTIS chewable tablets kill fleas and are indicated for the prevention and treatment of flea infestation on dogs. COMFORTIS chewable tablets (Spinosad) are available in five chewable flavored tablet sizes for oral administration to dogs and puppies according to their weight.

COMFORTIS chewable tablets are for use in dogs and puppies 14 weeks of age and older. Use with caution in breeding females. Use with caution in dogs with pre-existing epilepsy. The safe use of COMFORTIS chewable tablets in breeding males has not been evaluated.

EFFITIX™ Topical Solution for Dogs

EFFITIX™ Topical Solution for Dogs kills and repels ticks, fleas, and mosquitoes; kills lice and aids in the control of mites; and repels and prevents blood feeding by biting flies.

Killing action of fipronil. Used on millions of treated pets.

Repellency of permethrin. Starts to repel ticks within 10 minutes of treatment to help reduce the chance of disease transmission.1

Rapid speed of kill for ticks. By 9 days after treatment—killed at least 98% of 4 species of ticks.1
